Saada and Awad (Ovadya) Tairy

Hi. My sister Rachel Tairy was born in the year 1953. When she was two years old she didn’t feel well, the doctor referred her to Assaf Harofeh Hospital. She was hospitalised for a number of days, they told my mother that she's healthy and that she should come the next day to take her home. My mother came the next morning with clothing [for the baby] to return her home. To her dismay she was told that she [the baby] died and that they already buried her. She pleaded and begged to be shown the girl or the grave but they ignored her. They told her that there's nothing to be done, go home. It is important to note that according to my mother, she was very light [skinned] in appearance. Today we are five siblings and we grew up with the trauma that my parents went through with the kidnapping of their daughter. I am sure that she was given to adoption. When the sister was at the age of military conscription, police came to my parents to arrest her for allegedly not reporting to the army recruitment office, something that confirmed the family's suspicion that she was indeed kidnapped. The names of my parents z”l [of blessed memory] Saada and Awad (Ovadiah) Tairy, who live in the town of Beit Arif. Thank you.
