My paternal grandmother Haya Levi z''l (ID 4766036) gave birth to female twins on November 10, 1947 at the Hadassah Hospital, Tel Aviv. One was named Adah, (ID 4766077) she was raised with the family and died at the age of 9. The second was name Tzila, and at the hospital they told my grandmother that she died at birth, but they didn't receive a birth certificate and she doesn't have a grave, we don't even have her ID. Included is a photograph of Adah, the twin, in the hopes that this will help with the search, and photographs of the family members.
